Everything you need to know about our services.
OET Writing Correction Service
Who corrects my OET letter?
All corrections are performed by certified OET and IELTS instructors with extensive experience. We guarantee human, expert feedback—not just AI analysis—to ensure you meet the official OET marking criteria.
How do I submit my writing task?
It's incredibly easy! No need to log into complex portals. Simply email your task to us directly. We accept typed documents (Word/Text) or clear photos/scans of handwritten letters. This ensures no delays and makes the process seamless for you.
What is included in the correction?
You receive a fully corrected letter, detailed feedback on grammar, vocabulary, tone, and clinical logic, plus an estimated score (A-E) to track your progress.
What are the turnaround times?
We offer three speeds: 24-hour Express, 48-hour Fast, and 72-hour Standard. The time starts once we receive your email submission.
What are your operating days and deadlines?
We process one letter per student daily, from Friday to Tuesday only. The final weekly submission cut-off is Tuesday at 9:00 PM Cairo Time (EET). Submissions received on Wednesday or Thursday will be processed starting Friday morning.
Pricing and Payments
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price for the correction package. Local tax/VAT may be added at checkout, as required by law for digital services. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Fungies Inc.
Do my correction credits expire?
Yes, all writing correction credits must be used within 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date of purchase. Unused or expired credits are non-refundable.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are generally final due to the digital nature of the service. Refunds are only considered for duplicate payments or verified technical errors preventing access. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
Free AI Tools & Limits
How often can I use the free AI tools?
Each of our free AI tools (Writing Checker, Case Note Generator, Writer's Block Helper) can be used once per day, per user. This allows you to practice consistently without cost.
When does the daily limit reset?
The daily usage limit resets automatically at midnight (00:00) UTC time every day. This ensures a consistent reset time for all our global users.
Why do I need to provide my email?
We ask for your email address once to unlock all free tools and to track your daily usage limit. This prevents abuse of the free service and allows us to send you helpful OET study tips (you can unsubscribe anytime).
